If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication credentials via Supabase Auth. We don't ask for your name, phone number, or anything else.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool. It tells us which pages are visited and where traffic comes from — no personal data, no tracking across sites, no fingerprinting. Plausible is GDPR-compliant by design.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure.
We don't use tracking cookies. What we do use:
Hosts user accounts and application data. Servers in EU (Frankfurt). Their privacy policy applies to auth data.
Handles subscriptions and billing. We only receive confirmation of payment status — never your card details.
Cookie-free, GDPR-compliant web analytics. No personal data is collected or shared. EU-hosted.
Serves the website. Standard server logs (IP address, request URL) are retained briefly for operational purposes.
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your data from our systems. Analytics data (Plausible) is aggregated and contains no personal identifiers.
Player data displayed on Chief Scout is compiled from public sources and licensed APIs — it is not user-submitted personal data.
