A direct, incisive winger who beats defenders in tight spaces with close control and understands how to manufacture half-chances from orthodox wide positions, yet remains somewhat one-dimensional in his approach. Pino is excellent at the 1v1 and his recovery pace allows Palace tactical freedom, but his final product can be erratic and he doesn't consistently threaten the box with the same verve that elite wingers do. He's a very good squad contributor who creates moments but rarely orchestrates them—best used as a disruptor against settled defenses rather than a creator against aggressive presses.
