A technically sound midfielder with genuine quality on the ball and the capacity to drive forward into half-spaces, though he hasn't yet translated that promise into consistent output. His press resistance is decent, but he can be a touch too patient in possession, which costs Cagliari tempo when directness is needed. Talented enough that a change of scenery might unlock something, or he settles as a tidy squad option.
