Box-to-box midfielder with decent athleticism and a willingness to engage in both phases of play, though he's more functional than creative and tends to be more reactive than proactive in his positioning. Can carry the ball forward in straight lines and makes reasonable decisions in the middle third, but he's unlikely to be the player who unlocks a stubborn defence. Typical squad player at this level.
