Jefferson Montero — Swansea City 2014-2016
Swansea City
Open profile: Jefferson MonteroAngulo can be compared with Jefferson Montero at Swansea in 2014–16 for direct acceleration and taking a defender on from the flank.
Montero was a smaller, lower-centred dribbler. The comparison does not extend to body type, aerial play or an assumption of equal one-against-one success.
A style reference for this phase, not a prediction of Nilson Angulo’s ceiling.
